“Miss Mary Lynn is an amazing instructor. The atmosphere is laid back, but there are rules in place to protect everyone. The children learn to groom and care for the horses as well as ride. I highly recommend this location for lessons.Along with riding lessons, there are groups for drill, show and casual interaction. The children can volunteer to help around the stable to learn more about horses.”

“My wife and I took a trip to Beasley's on sort of a whim. Just about every year we try to go to an orchard to pick our own apples and so we've been trying to check out new ones and see what they have to offer. Beasley's was great, we happened to come on the weekend of their dog festival so there were so many dogs of all sizes, and quite a few rescues set up trying to find homes for their dogs. There was a fairly long line but you can buy tickets online to get in. There was a corn maze, pumpkin picking, apple cannons, a giant hay bale pile and a giant bouncy pillow for the kids, a nice big shop, as well as a bunch of food trucks, and of course plenty of apples to pick. I'm also pretty sure they had carriage rides going on while we were there. The corn maze was pretty decent, it involved some trivia to help find the correct path. But we mostly went for the apple picking. We were a little late in the season so it took some doing but we got a nice full bag. There were quite a few varieties of apples to choose from, and many, many trees for each. My only complaint was that once you went down an aisle, you had to come all the way back up to find another that was of a variety that you could pick. I would definitely recommend this place as a great fall family experience!”
