Well, the price is really high and it seems like you keep going up and up on price. And sometimes I do have trouble with my apps. But I do like some of your features like the library. I’m not a big fan of the fire stick though. If you hit the wrong button, you have to start all over again to get to Sparklight!!

Way too expensive. If there were another provider where I live cheaper I would switch in a heart beat
