Just recently started banking with Old National in Clinton. I had deposited a check in person but the next day I still couldn't see it posted on my online banking app. I called and spoke with Cheyanne and she found the issue in just a couple of minutes and the money was posted within the hour. She was courteous and very helpful as is all the staff every time I visit.

I had to switch banks when 53 closed. They worked with me to figure out what type of account would be best for me and answered all of my questions. I've gone through the drive thru several times and while some things take longer than others, I'm overall pleased with me new bank. The only problem I've ever had here is with the ATM.

I think it's ridiculous how you treat your staff here. It's always slow because you have one teller during your peak banking hours. Instead of getting more tellers I heard you let some go. How do you expect to run a bank properly when the wait time is ridiculous and you are over working your staff. This is the main reason I personally bank with first financial. This place is a joke!

Truly a horrible experience. They would not cash my daughters check because she didn't have an I.D even though she is under aged. They asked for a school I.D but she is homeschooled. I had to go cash it somewhere else and pay for it because they didn't know what they were doing.
