Went in for a drain snake and Mercedes provided me with excellent customer service. She showed me where they were, helped me pick one out, and even told me about price matching and looked up Walmarts price for me which made me make the decision to buy it here instead of Walmart. We always have great customer service, but Mercedes went above and beyond!

We bought a lawn mower, when we got it home, put it together, we discovered it had already been used. There was grass and dirt in it. When we called to tell them they said bring it back no questions asked! They helped us make sure it started and gave us a pretty good discount on the mower as well! Fantastic customer service from Joyce, Jacob, and Julie!

sell used junk at high prices, they don't tell you it does work untill AFTER you pay, then refuse to refund until after you complain. I should not have to wait for a refund. never go there again, you lost a loyal customer
