Owner was extremely rude and upon greeting us said, "hello brother". We are not "brothers". Showers smelled like hard metal and was orange colored. Signs on the property said there are cameras you can see and cameras you can't, kind of makes you worry. The owner also wanted us to pay for visitors that were only there for a minute. He will constantly patrol the area and give strange looks. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you like having a good time. This place used to be a nice stop, however, now it seems it is being ruled with an iron fist. Would rather stay in the Walmart parking lot.

Made reservations, but upon arriving we were told we couldn't dump our black tank because host didn't want us to. Not really a full hookup. We'd boondocked for 3 days so we needed this amenity. We'd made reservations months ago and nothing in their details about this. We had to leave and find another.

I found Cloverdale RV Park to be a very nice, relaxing, quiet place to stay. I was only there one night, but the trees and grassy areas of the park were beautiful and well manicured. There were even deer to watch in the early morning. All hookups were in good shape and worked as expected. The park is quiet and easily accessible from the interstate. When I arrived in the afternoon the office was locked, but the sign on the door posted a phone number which when I called was answered quickly. The owner/manager came out and escorted me to my spot which is always nice when you have a 38' trailer! I will stay here again when in the area.

Great camping spot for motorcyclist that appreciate quiet nights (no alcohol allowed). The owner has a great sense of humor. He was kind enough to put me right next to the bathroom area. He also knew the best spot to put up the tent, etc. I will be back!

An old park. It could use some updating. Better suited for older couples. Don't bring your children unless you have them on a leash just like your dogs. We were told there was a 25 ft rule where the kids had to be within 25 ft of us at all times. A little strange but that is within their right to have that as a rule. Over all, not too bad.

I would like to give this place five stars. There is water and electric, and the owner gave us a lot of helpful advice, and even showed us to our campsite so we didn't accidentally go the wrong direction on unmarked one way roads.I can see this being a nice place to stay by myself, or just my husband and I, but this is not a family campground, and being a mom of three, that is very important to me.It's very calm and quiet, which is good, but quiet hours are all the time, which means when my one year old throws a fit, I have to shush her immediately, however it's needed to get her to be quiet, which would lead to a very spoiled baby girl, and a very exhausted mommy. There is plenty of shade, a fire ring and picnic table at each campsite, the individual camp sites are a little closer together than I like, but when it's calm and quiet, that doesn't matter as much.If you are just looking for a quiet, affordable, or if the way place to get away from the world and have some peace, this is the place for you. If you have pets, children, or loud music, I suggest you look for somewhere a little more flexible.

This is not a friendly park! The male owner is a strange, manipulative and greedy human being. He will not allow you any peace and quiet if you get on his radar. I know for a fact that the septic system is illegal. Do not eat any fish from the pond as it's full of sewage run off. The water is hideously orange. Please do not give this narcissist any of your money and go just a few miles further for an enjoyable experience. I had to post one star or I would've given a zero.

After making a reservation two weeks in advance, and letting them know I had a large camper, and driving 13 hours just to be turned away stating your to big to park here. I have a 45’ toy hauler, and the first thing he said to me is I hope you don’t have a motorcycle in there, then proceeded to walk by the camper stating, I don’t know where you are going to park, but not here, you’re to big, i told him I had talked with women ( his wife ) that I needed a large spot and 50 amp, she told me she had a spot large enough for m camper with two 30 amp breakers and they would mak this work, but her husband said otherwise, needless to the had to guide me out of the park so I wouldn’t drive in the grass, I came I from Kansas and this was the first person I had I had met from Indiana, and I have not, and will not shop in Cloverdale because of this experience.

Me and my sister just paid 700 for a month two weeks ago. We both work two jobs trying to get on our feet and have heart failure and I have 3 stents and she has a pacemaker. I also have epilepsy. Yesterday I was having a grand mal seizure in the car when we picked up a friend from work to give a ride home and she brought me directly to our camper because she was worried about my health. The owner of the park showed up not five minutes later and told us we had 20 minutes to leave or he would tow our camper. He was angry we didn’t stop and pay him $5 for someone to come in to visit even after he saw me and heard me try to speak and she explained the situation and tried to pay. He new we did not have a way to tow our camper at the moment and he called the cops to make us leave because we asked for some time to get someone there to help haul it away. He was very rude and demeaning and calls himself a Christian. He took our money knowing our situation and then kicked us out and humiliated us. We are now stuck waiting at a truck stop attempting to find a place to park our camper temporarily to live because we gave him every dime we had for rent and the rest was used to purchase the camper to live in. This place deserves to be shut down. Believe all the reviews people because we thought people were exaggerating and now we are stuck.

CONTRACTORS ALERTThis campground is not for us.No alchohol, can't put your toilet paper in the toilet, the power is low voltage that can damage your camper, no plug in's for an extension cord / heated hoses, the campground owner is a creep. He threatened to call the police on me because I wanted to leave and get a refund. Don't give this place your pre-diem.Go to "Indian Oaks"right down the road. Talk to Gary they have a whole section for contractors personal internet if you need it for your computer. Cloverdale Rv park is not contractor Friendly at all. Stay safe my contractor family E-Rock

This place is a joke! The owner is really creepy and has all of these rules. Which are not explained to you until after you pay. Owner tried to throw us out 4 times but my boyfriend refused to leave without a refund. We even requested the police be called. This is no Christian campground! More like an couple acre space ran by some kind of creeper. We will never be back there or refer anyone these. Now it’s something we laugh at but at the time is was very tense and stressful.

Horrible rv park. The owners are terribly rude. We were parked 6 inches from the road and they made us move for no reason. It made our electrical cord too short so they would sale us on for 62.00. Unbelievable but we had no choice. The water stunk and you weren't allowed to put toilet paper down the sewer. I would never recommend this park to anyone. So much for Christian owners.

For being Christians they are the worst. They don't answer the phones, pull in at 7:30pm, before the 8 pm cutoff and still refused service, even with spots available. Temperatures are dropping and they rather see people freeze. Jesus doesn't like lazy or ugly.

Was very quiet. Pull through sites available. Staff was very nice and helpful. Restrooms were clean. No sewer hookup but has dump station. Price was right.

We hope this is helpful. For your information the campground itself is pretty and very clean. However, you will need to use your own facilities as no toilet paper is allowed in their septic system. (Or put used toilet paper in the garbage.) Their main dump station has an additional $20. fee. Also, many other rules are enforced such as having your laundry out of the laundry room by either 7 or 8 PM. Other strict regulations apply so just be prepared.
