I no longer have them only because they are not available in Brazil. I have had joink for only hours and am extremely dissatisfied already. If endeavor ever comes to Brazil I am sure they will be in high demand

Braedon K replaced our super old Endeavor router, that we were having trouble with. Now the speeds are where they should be. Thak You Braedon K for fixing this so quickly. This dude knows his networking.

I couldn't believe that I called a company and a human answered. He actually tried to help me. When he couldn't, he sent a technician the same day. The tech Riley, was courteous and helpful. Fixed the problem in a short time. I couldn't be more pleased.

I'm constantly seeing questions on fb regarding the best internet service in Putnam Co. I would highly recommend endeavor communications over any other. I've had there services 20+ yrs & maybe lost service 3 times in all of that time.

Was exceptionally pleased with Endeavor over the weekend. Friday night we had no internet. Called Saturday morning and played phone tag as I kept walking away from my phone and spoke to someone around 11am or so. Tech was at my home within a few hours. Thank you so much for you prompt service. I don’t remember the tech’s name who helped me but he did a great job. Very polite and helpful.

We had a power outage and our internet still worked fine before they repaired the power lines, now they cut our internet lines and we called endeavor this morning and they said they will get someone out shortly, a truck pulls by endeavor truck and just cruises on by our house, doesn't even look at the cable lines being down or anything just drives on through. Guess we just don't matter to the workers who should be repairing this? I hope they plan on revising our bill since we don't have it. ?

Very displeased with the customer service of this company. I've asked multiple times to be added as an account holder with my wife's approval and it hasn't happened. We recently had a lightning strike that needed repair. They were not as timely as possible and didn't get back to me until I followed up and compelled them to schedule.The internet was fixed but is now surging drastically. When I call to talk with someone about it they tell me they can't talk to me because they havnt added me as an account holder as asked. Very close to finding an alternative service atm.

Service is horrible. Called the service department because internet and tv is very slow. I called on Dec 27th and scheduled a service call for January 3rd at around 12:00. I called 45 minutes before 12:00 to confirm appointment and was told they would tell the tech. At 2:15 I called wondering when they were coming. I was told they would call me back. Now it’s 3;30. NO CALL!! I called back. They said they would have a tech call me. At 4:50 I get a call saying it would be 6:00 pm before they could get there. The man said they were trying to squeeze 5 days work into 4. Why didn’t someone just tell me the truth that they screwed up. Poor communication.

Had their service out at Heritage Lake years ago and will never have them again! I would suggest you check everything out thoroughly, read their reviews from customers who have them (or who stopped service with the), and proceed carefully.

We have been with Clay County Rural Telephone since 1975. Telephone service & then internet service when it became available. We have always had good service with them, but today we had an awesome experience with the Tech I talked to.I called at 10:00 this morning and by 12:13 he was leaving me a message that our problem had been solved. All of our emails had been deleted by mistake and we couldn’t find them in our trash either but, after the tech made one phone call they had been recovered. I think his name was Jason Creviston. That was the name that was on my voicemail he left. He was very helpful and polite when I talked to him and we are so happy that he was able to solve our problem so quickly.Thank you so much Jason!

I've seen a lot of bad reviews but me personally I've had nothing but good experiences with them communicated well called me back help me troubleshoot my problems everything I personally like them
