Don’t get a loan w this bank. Worst CS imaginable. Can’t take payment over the phone while telling you that you need to pay. Ultra annoying. Shop around folks.

I've been banking with this company for a short time however in that short time I have seen nothing but the highest in customer service And professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to do banking with a trustworthy group of people who can explain all your options to you.

I opened an account with them recently. My thoughts... I may be having second thoughts. Things seem so backwards and slow. Everything is written on paper. Online access isn't instant and so my money sits like it's in a glass piggy bank on a shelf. I know it's there.... but I have no way of getting to it. :-(

-Horrible customer service. -They treat you like a criminal with any transaction you make. -They have a fee for EVERYTHING . -They don't keep accurate track of your account. -Will take money without notice. -Will freeze your account without notice. By far the worst bank I've ever done business with. Expect to lose money keeping yours with them.

Good service, wish they had better interest options, for now the major portion of my savings is better held at online banks for higher returns.
