I came in when my wires got torn, and they were able to get me in at the last second and work on my vehicle while the owner let me sit inside with all 3 of my dogs. They were a life saver, especially when I still had 10hrs of driving left.

The price was right, the work was great but the waiting area was rough. The gentleman at the counter was smoking inside and was mansplaining when telling me about my vehicle as if because I'm female I'm clueless. When I went to use the bathroom there were multiple cigarette butts in the toilet and piss on the seat.

While on the interstate near Cloverdale around 1:30pm my vehicle began having issues. I was headed to Spencer, Indiana to pick up some building supplies from a retailer. I exited the highway and was relieved to see this repair center, how that would soon change. I limped my truck and trailer into the lot and went inside where I was greeted by an older man behind the counter. I explained my problem to him and he responded that he did not believe that he could help me due to being busy. I noticed this facility had several bays and people working. I explained that I was about four hours from home and needed help tremendously. He responded that he would put my truck on the computer and do a quick diagnostic but muttered again that he did not think he could help. He walked back into the shop and I waited outside. After about 5 minutes I walked back inside his shop and he informed me that NAPA did not have the alternator and the soonest they could get one would be tomorrow. I asked if there was anyone else that he could call and he advised me no, that even if he did locate one he could not help me. I went back outside to my vehicle and contacted Autozone. They advised me that not only did they have one of them in stock that they would bring it to me. Autozone arrived at the shop gave me the alternator while I sat in the waiting room. I placed a call to my wife and let her know my current situation. She called the location I was headed to and advised them of my problem. They advised that they would send one of their employees to my location with tools and would get me back on the road. They arrived a short time later and about an hour or so later I was back on the road. The only thing said to us by the guy from the shop was "I hope you have a jumper pack because that battery will need jumped." We assured him we had cables. I understand places are busy, I understand it was 1:30pm on a Friday, I understand I did not have an appointment, but I was in need of help. At what point does common courtesy and the desire to not even care go out the window? Always treat people the way you'd want your family treated. If I could give no stars I would.....

While driving from OH to MO I had a leaky tire and stopped at this exit to get air. I realized the valve stem had a bad leak. I had happened to see Jordan's while driving through town. I drove over and explained my situation. They looked very busy and I wasn't hopeful they would get me in that day. Not only did they get me in that day but fixed my valve stem, checked the rest of the tire and had me on my way within 2 hours. Very reasonably priced as well. So thankful I stumbled upon this place. I was able to continue my trip without incident! Thank you!Service: Tires

My daughter's car is in need of over 1000 worth of work. Several people said not to call Jordan's because the guy that answers the phone is rude. I called anyways and that guy is extremely rude. The phone call is one of the first impressions a place like this would get and it's definitely a negative experience. I told the guy what work was required. He said that he would have to call me back for a quote. He never did. I took my business to Haywoods who responded quickly and politely.

I was stranded in Indiana because my sensor kept showing my truck was overheating this man knew I was staying in a hotel and prolonged fixing my bmw double charged me for a reservoir replacement for the antifreeze . I told him it was cracked for awhile now and I didn't think that was it. He ignored everything I said ordered the part and charged me double labor because it took him so long to figure it out. But friends of course it was not fixed. He charged me a total of $423.05 to change out the coolant reservoir. I paid and asked for my truck because i had my niece with me she missed school for a week.. I just wanted to leave but now he say he figured it out and it's $1440 to replace my coolant pump. I refused because I know he wasplaying me because I was in a bmw from out of state but I dont think he ever intended to fix my truck. My friend drove from Missouri to get us and I paid $750 to get my truck towed to Oklahoma from. Indiana and guess what friends my husband fixed my truck with a $25 sensor which is what I told the owner of Jordan's car care Inc when I first arrived. My husband fixed my truck for under 30 bucks but I missed a week of work my niece missed a week of school I spent almost $500 on hotel room food paid him over 400 and he new the situation talked to my and lied for days. Do not go here if you don't know him personally he is a crook and if I wasn't so busy climbing out this financial hole I would take him to small claims court but I never want to go to Indiana again.
