The system is automated. I would like to speak to a person, but it was unavailable or unable to I have a package it’s been stranded at a post office for two days and it’s not moved and they tell me I need to wait another two days. This is bullshit.

Busy today but in the future it was not as busy. Very helpful personnel.

Service is normally always quick, however the clerk that works at our small post office is always so rude and hateful.
