My 22 Explorer ST-Line had a slight rattle in the door, I called service and they told me to just to bring the vehicle in as soon as possible to get it taken care of and within two hours of calling them I was leaving the service department with no rattle! Huge shout out to David the technician then Doreen and Aubrey for orchestrating a quick visit. Top notch service team!

The care and attention from the staff at City Ford is always appreciated. I had a positive experience in my last visit from the time I stepped in the door, the associates made me feel welcome. There was no pressure to buy, and they made the process feel like a friendly conversation. I will definitely go back.

Called about an advertised vehicle. They said they sent it to auction but would bring it back to the lot and let us know so we could come down to see it. Waited the whole next day for word. Nothing. Called a few days later asking about the same vehicle and they hung up on me. Called back and was told it sold the night before. It's still listed as available days later. Took my $20,000 cash elsewhere.

I purchased a lightly used 2020 Ford Escape from this establish in February of 2021. The salesman was nice & helpful. The price on the vehicle was actually quite reasonable. Overall, I thought I was getting a good deal. However, I got lax during the signing of the paperwork & made the mistake of just taking the finance guy's word on what documents said. The finance person, however, slipped in an extra $4K extended warranty despite telling me verbally the only warranty was the original manufacturer's warranty. When I noticed this discrepancy later on in the year, I confronted their finance department about it. They told me I could cancel the warranty & sent me paperwork to that end. However, this time I actually read the paperwork & found out it would have only refunded me part of the money I spent on the warranty. Oh, & as a side note, the remote start did not work on the vehicle, from the day I brought it home, so I have to go get that fixed. Of course, it would have been covered under the original manufacturer's warranty anyways.Overall, very unprofessional & frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

I bought a brand new car and it has been in for 11 warranty claims. The last time I got the car back I had trim panels off and hand prints on my headliner. This is how the service department returned the car back to me.

They don't honor pricing provided by their Managers. They also give poor valuations on trade that are far below fair market value.
