I switched to Walgreens a few years ago because this is not only the worst pharmacy in town, but possibly on the planet. Unfortunately I was forced to switch back to CVS because of insurance. Sadly nothing has changed and they're actually worse if that's possible. I'm a cancer patient, so getting my meds in a timely manner is kind of important, but they could give a shit less. If you manage to get through the fucking phone robot, you might finally get a person. Unfortunately they have about the same attitude and personality as the phone robot and they absolutely DO NOT CARE if you desperately need a medication or not. They're all just running around aimlessly and nobody looks like they want to be there, especially the manager 'Scott' on one occasion o finally got ahold of them after chasing a medication for 3 days. He promised it would be ready by 5:00. I waited until 6:30 for a notification and never got one and knowing they close at 7:00 I went to the store and asked about it. They said it would be ready the next morning. I said "oh hell no, Scott promised it to me at 5:00 and I need it today. Of course my good buddy Scott got all pissy and said it would be done before close, and it was like I was the asshole. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. Corporate clearly doesn't read these reviews because this place was a shithole 5 years ago and still is.

The store is fine, no complaints. But the pharmacy? Run! I always encounter rudeness and things not being filled right ever single visit. Once, I went to pick up a script I have taken for years. I always have to count them before I drive away because I have come up shirt on a few before. I noticed they looked different from the previous months scripts. I went back into the pharmacy and asked to speak to the pharmacist. He was incredibly rude and brushed me off while telling me that different manufactures mean they could look different and he turned and walked away! So, I called the tech over and told him that I had a bad feeling something was wrong. He finally looked at the pills in the bottle and hurried off to the pharmacist. The pharmacist finally realized what that I had the wrong pills. He goes to fill the script himself, which took FOREVER and returns with the bottle. He said "these are right" without making eye contact and scurried away. I have to pay a higher percentage for any pharmacy that isn't CVS. And I happily do so!

I went in for pictures and they were wrong. I then retired to print them on the machines and they kept shutting down when I was just trying to print pictures. The employees were nice but overall their pictures machines suck.
