This place is always swamped and I believe they do the very best they can with what they have. Definitely need more people working here, but they always seem to get my RX on a timely basis.

I’ve shopped at the Kroger on Countryside Drive a few times — it’s a very convenient store with a pharmacy and deli inside. The hours are generous, and it’s part of the lively Columbia Square Plaza with other shops around. I’ve always had good service, though on busier days it can get a bit crowded.

I've only been here a couple of times, but both times Annie has been so friendly and helpful. She saved me money by applying a coupon and she's always polite even when she's running the drive-thru and the inside counter.
