I have been trying to cancel my membership for MONTHS now. I have called, emailed, and went to the gym multiple times during their working hours and can’t get in touch with a worker. I have been in between jobs and it has been a struggle. My bank account shouldn’t be -$300 because I can’t get ahold of someone to cancel this membership. Don’t waste your money or time.

So I just signed up for a membership with the intent to begin tonight. After the whole sign up process, I now find out that I have to come in during business hours to finish the process and get a key fob and nobody is going to be there till Monday. This is not good start so far. Why is there a sign up online option and rfid option on the app if I have to wait for business hours anyway. You may as well just tell people on the first page of the website that they have to come sign up in person.

I love everything about the gym, the staff, the clients, the cleanliness is very good, but the lack of some essential machines like the hack squad. Despite that it would be a total of 5 stars

I love how they are open 24/7 especially with my clinical, work, and school schedule. Also all the staff are super helpful, and are always willing to answer any questions you might have.

I enjoy going there since it's 24/7 anit when I go is usually late at night there's no one there get to workout in peace lol I've lost 60lbs working out there so I say it's a good gym

Been going for around a month now. Has all the equipment I would wanna see in a gym, also has been clean every time I have gone there. Great place to work out.

No nonsense gym. Trainers available and special classes. Clean, quiet and equipment kept in working order. Convenient and always open. Love it. All ages and ability levels, so we feel completely comfortable.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone through email through the phone and even going up to the location and I’ve left multiple voicemails. I signed up for a membership last week and it said you can cancel 3 days or less with no penalty and so I called the next day to cancel because I had went in for a workout and the place just wasn’t for me and I wasn’t comfortable there and now they have charged my bank and nobody will answer to be able to get this cancelled. I’ve even been sent an email saying I’ve been sent to escalations and still nothing.
