Asbury United Methodist Church

Schools
Hours: Asbury United Methodist Church is a welcoming, friendly, and loving place where everyone is welcome. It is described as a wonderful place to worship God, build faith, and volunteer to serve others. The church community is consistently noted for being so welcoming from the very first visit, making people feel at home quickly. Many feel it is the best church and are blessed to belong. The church really does care and help the community so much, with its people very involved in community outreach. This includes support for Mission Columbus, Children's Morning Out, The Asbury Conservatory, Pit Stop (Taco Church), Community Garage Sale, and organizations like Love Chapel, Sans Souci, and TLM. The messages are always scripture based and help people draw closer to God. There are plenty of great programs for kids and Wednesday night Bible study for adults, with classes for kids. The VBS is a favorite. There are so many opportunities to get involved. It is not too populated that you get lost in the crowd, but not too small that there is nothing to do. For those looking for a church where it feels like family suddenly got much larger, this is the place.
