Not a single headlight for my vehicle and wouldn't even consider ordering it. Because I know that's a thing. I came becaus3 my buddy uses them for his shop. I stood in line with my seat covers that were in clearance and called him. He's a 1 person show and his shop had the light bulb imagine. Lol I ordered replacement lights for all the places that day and they will be delivered tomorrow. Put of reasons to go in their at this point. Hahaha had my jeep jot been 5 years old and may e 30 soda been like yeah makes sense. But it's aTHE bulb for the turn signals. Learned that when I blew that one and got one

The gentlemen who helped me were very helpful, and knew their stuff. Bonus points for not treating me like "a dumb woman". I know a little about cars, having owned a junkyard and body shop, and there's nothing that makes me shop elsewhere faster than being talked down to. These guys were great! Thank you!

Experienced a true death wobble on I-65 so I hit the off ramp and pulled into Auto Zone where I met Dennis and Zakk. These two gentlemen deserve a pay raise, let me tell ya. Professional, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help their customers. Many thanks guys! Robert.

Just terrible!! After purchasing a battery, my husband went in to get the core retuned. The guy said my husband was a pain in his A— !! And to get the F—— outI could not believe this when my husband told me this !I went in and ask what the problem was, they said it was a big misunderstanding, really how can you have a battery, receipt , and be there be a misunderstanding???Far as I’m concerned they need to be evaluated for future issues this should never go on … if this is how you run a store you really need to close your doors !!I’m a business owner and I have passed this terrible experience to many many customers! Trying ti detour then to take their business else where !

Had to order the same parts twice because when they received my parts they shipped them back and never told me they received them
