Customer service sucks, the man that was helping me was very rude

I waited in line 10-15 minutes, got to the counter and asked if they could test my car battery, and was then told I'd have to wait a minute because there were a lot of people in line. That's unacceptable. I left and went to O'Reilly to have it tested, and it was bad so I went and got a new one from Rural King. I'll never be back to any AutoZone unless I have no other choice.
