I brought my automobile in for routine service. Your service group went over it completely. Found things that needed to be done that I was unaware of. One young man even checked my cell phone answering at no cost. I would not use any other place to have my car serviced.

We had a great experience, we went in knowing we needed a new car but wasn’t sure what our options were going to be. We were greeted by Conner in the parking lot, who took us in, ask us what kind/type of vehicle we were looking for. Conner was polite, friendly, and worked for us… not just to make a sale but to make sure all of our needs were met. We love our new 2025 Jeep Compass. If you’re thinking of stopping in I highly recommend asking for Conner.

Well they got me approved. Wen i gave been to several lots. No run around no worries. These guys amd ladies was a great team and work well together. And mostly i appreciate them so much. I wasnt able to get ther till after they were closed and they all stayed and waited on me to get ther comin from salem. And had everything waiting for me and had my truck ready. I couldnt have had that kinda service anywhere. Thank u to the staff that got me goin. I couldnt have a better experiance anywhere else. Amd that doesnt get unnoticed ill be back again fer amother vehicle and be the only place i go to buy any vehicle. And i work at a dealership myself. So whats that tell. Yah. Ther really exceptional here. I highly recommended them to anyone

Purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe at this location. They were really nice when I was purchasing the vehicle. Waited 6 hours to pick it up. The vehicle was given to me without it being detailed. Plastic still on everything. I actually went back immediately and they said they couldn't do it that day. Came back on Monday and they took my keys and took it to get detailed.several hours later it came back. A few pieces of plastic removed but not all of them. And it was still dirty on the inside. I had a problem with the
Vehicle. When it is cold it runs really rough. So myself and my salesman went over to the service center. I told him the situation. He said it would have to be left overnight so they could check it out. I said ok and asked if I could get a loaner as I live in another city. He said no. Even the salesman asked him for a loaner. He rudely said no to him. The service writer then got angry at both of us. I informed him I would have to spend the night there with my car as I had no one to pick me up. He just got angrier. The salesman took me back to the sales department and they gave me a loaner. All this just makes me realize that I can't trust this dealership. I am from Texas and have bought vehicles from several dealerships down there. I have never been treated this way. Thanks to the salesman who had compassion on me. By the way that told me after several days that they couldn't find the problem
The vehicle still does the same thing. I just tried to schedule my first service appointment they are too busy for almost a week. It would be nice if they would be friendly but I guess that is to much to ask. I afraid of these people. I'm thinking I will never get any GOOD service at the Columbus Auto group. I'm not taking my car to them anymore even though I bought it there. It's sad I feel this way.
I took my previous Hyundai there for service and bodywork and they were all nice and did a good job. That's why I bought a new car there!! Now I'm just scared of them because they haven't treated me with any respect or kindness since I bought the new vehicle. It just doesn't make sense.

Xzavier, the mechanic/technician and the rest if the Jeep of Columbus team were such a great group of individuals to work with. They listened to my concerns tentatively, the made sure the job was complete and the correct issue was identified and fixed. I'm so thankful for their help! Thank You!
