You could not get a better group of people to work with. Very accommodating and complete satisfaction with the service and attention to detail. They did not promote add ons that were relatively unimportant to increase the sales cost of the vehicle. As a result we opted to purchase the 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty.

I came in this past Saturday at 2 o’clock to look at a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq with my boyfriend- and I must say that I am incredibly disappointed with my service, especially with Owen and Craig. I felt deceived as the online images and description of the car showed great bodily condition with no flaws. And then we find out there is a giant stain in the back and a huge crack in the windshield. Craig pointed out the cracked windshield and said that a replacement was ordered and was already set to be installed. I initially thought it was OK but then during price negotiations, this was taken out of the deal as an effort to reduce price, which was so misleading, considering I was initially told that the windshield was already set to be replaced and I was informed on the test drive that the cars are insured by the company to fix these damages. The fact that this dealership thought it was okay to mislead us and then not even honor the commitment to fix the problem with the car is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the staff and their treatment of us. When I was speaking to Craig and he was crunching the numbers, he said that 25 thousand was likely doable and that was WITH the windshield fixed. Craig even mentioned that we could essentially commit insurance fraud and report the windshield as broken after purchasing the car, so that insurance would pay for it. As far as the disgusting stain, Craig said that he did not even know that the stain was there and that all of the cars should be detailed but someone must have ‘forgotten to clean’ that part of the car. Overall, we wasted 2 total hours of driving and four hours at this dealership to end up without a car. Thankfully, I am at the Greg Hubler Hyundai in Muncie and having an incredible time- and I’m leaving the other dealership with an even better car and experience. 10000% avoid this Columbus dealership and head over to Muncie for a substantially better experience!!

The service department is horrible. Made an appointment, was told I would be able to get a rental while my car was getting serviced. Show up to the appointment and they tell me they won’t even be able to get me in until the next day and they had no rentals. Made me take off half a day of work and travel only for them not being able to fix my car at the appointment time nor supply a rental car. What’s the point of making an appointment on that day if they won’t even be able to tell me what’s at least wrong with the car. Poor communication all around and will definitely not be taking my car here ever again!

Pretty disappointed with the customer service from this dealership! I have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of someone to cancel my gap insurance I purchased when I bought my vehicle. About two weeks ago, I called a couple times and left messages requesting someone call me back as I understand the finance managers are busy. I never received a call. This week, I then called again twice and finally reached someone who then transferred me and eventually disconnected the phone. I called back and no one had answered. The only person I felt was genuinely trying to help was the receptionist Courtland. Very frustrating it is so hard to get ahold of someone.

I just wanted to share about the amazing experience we had with Tim, Angel, and Ethan.They were very welcoming, helpful (not pushy at all!) and genuinely offered solutions that would work best for the costumer.Ethan, especially, went above and beyond to help us in the best possible way!

Called about a vehicle as we live 3 plus hours away, asked if there was any rust on vehicle and they even sent a walk around video. I was told there is no rust and maybe one of the nicest older cars they have seen. When we arrived seen two rust spots right away on hood then was told well it is an 11 year old vehicle. Thanks for waiting my time and showing your true colors.

I had previously experienced what I felt were unethical business practices with this dealership. This experience was far more satisfying. Lindsey was attentive, efficient, and communicative. We just purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz and we couldn't be happier with the experience. JD and Cross worked with us to get the right price we could afford. No high pressure sales tactics and once we agreed on a price, they worked hard to get us on our way as quickly as possible. Will definitely shop here again when looking for another vehicle.
