Worst experience ever!
Daughter had an accident, insurance towed her car to this place.
A woman calls and her demeanor was that of an impound lot agent.
Further, dictating the process and their frustration with me not immediately give them carte blanche access to proceed with repairs without knowing the extent of damages or time to completion.
What’s more, mentioned I would get an estimate after the repairs were completed.
Most unprofessional…. Immediately called my insurance company and changed where my cars repairs will be done!!!!

Excellent communication we found errors while inspecting the repairs but they were quickly on top of it and corrected the errors so that was awesome. I would definitely recommend them. They're extremely welcoming and keep in touch very well throughout the process. Good job
