They're just really good at what they do.

The father and son installers did a great job completing the project. Tom was exceptionally efficient in laying the pattern according to our specifications. When they ran short of material in the second room they worked with Alex to assure completion of the project and even used some wood we had stored in the attic from a previous install of the same wood to finish the room. They willingly met our needs in moving furniture and inserting appropriate sticky felt sliders under each piece of furniture. It should be mentioned that an important plus was their total respect of our home.
