It's a bank. Pretty much just a bank. They will gladly hold your money for you. They also have a machine that you can turn your change in to cash and unlike coinstar it doesn't cost you a thing. Cha ching.

Employee who works the drive thru is extremely rude. Twice, she has been extremely rude to my mother who has been a member of the credit union for decades. My brother went to cash a $60 check, and she demanded both ID and a Social Security number to cash a $60 check that came from Centra. She claimed that it was required under the patriot act, but my research shows that isn’t really the case for small amounts like this. My brother is Asian, and I truly believe that played into the woman’s poor behavior. I’ve also had an issue where my debit card information was stolen and being used on google games, and their customer service told me to call google and hung up on me. I am very happy that I took out my autoloan through Teacher's Credit Union instead of Centra. I am considering moving my other accounts if the service continues to decline.

Waited for over 30 min at each branch(every freaking one in Columbus)on the phone and not one would answer. They couldn't tell me my loan info last week. Told me to call back this week, now they don't answer. Getting a new bank next week, I'm over it!

"Upgraded" system and lost customer's eletronic Billpayer information and records, Customer service is impossible to contact, Customers have to reenter information, same old BANK song and dance..."sorry" but...
