The ONLY restaurant know in Columbus that CONSISTENTLY opens late. Even after opening the doors late, customers stand and wait while they finish getting the front line set up to serve you. Not to exclude after opening late, waiting for them to set the front line, you also wait for the cash regester to be set up so you can pay.Oh and can't leave out them not having product to serve. Today it was cheese.Although suttle, smaller portions of chips in the bags.New management is needed. Poorly ran business !

Great food and good service staff, thank you for helping me show my mother around Columbus!Parking: Plenty of parking and good spacing!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access parking and admission to the restaurant, lots of people but lots of space to move around. Everyone was respectful and appeared very accommodating!

Never had such bad service. I was completely rushed through everything to the point where my food was getting messed up. It was to the point I felt bad for even asking for something so I just took what I had and left. There were maybe 3 people behind me so it was not that busy. Every time I asked for something to be put on my bowl the two young guys were huffing and puffing like it was a big deal they had to do there job. I've worked in the food and service industry almost 10 years and this just isn't how you treat customers and people. The amount of anxiety i was given was just ridiculous

Waiting in line for 20 minutes and at the end no Steak. Really Bad. Additionally Last time only 3 pcs. OF steak in my burrito,. BAD AS WELL. NOT COMING BACK.

Repeatedly, I've faced the issue of not getting enough chicken in my Chipotle burrito, even after paying for double portions. This has happened multiple times, and it's frustrating that the problem persists despite ordering extra. I hope the restaurant can address this consistent shortfall in chicken portions to enhance the overall dining experience.

Visited on 1/23/24 around 7 pm. Was greeted and I gave them my order. My order was completed correctly and the food was great. Where this place failed epically was the condition of the restaurant.The soda station was absolutely filthy and not organized. EVERY single table was dirty from the customer before. Not one table did not have some form of rice on it. The only garbage can was maxed out, so I returned my tray to the cashier and told her the garbage was full and I wasn’t going to make even more of a mess.The main issue here was that during my time there, there was a break in the action (15-20 minutes)and 6 employees, behind the counter, were just talking to one another and no effort was given to straighten the store out and make it presentable.After leaving, I immediately called their customer hotline and actually spoke to someone. I told them my complaint and they started a case file and apologized for the condition of the restaurant.It was very comforting that I was able to speak with someone who truly cared about my experience.Hopefully they reach out to this restaurant and help make sure others don’t have this problem in the future.

Nope, they've still no idea how to wrap a big burrito. This location has always been unable to do it, and today was no different. I've been going to Chipotle since they first opened on Evans Ave. in Denver. Loved it too. Over the years, the brand has been diluted so much that it's barely familiar to the original. I keep trying, but this Columbus location has never gotten it right. I blame it on the management not training people how to wrap. It's a skill that the stores owners/leasees should master before opening day, and train everyone on. I guess it's too hard to train properly. Go to another location. Greenwood is great!
