Called ahead and was able to get in right away. The two women working were extremely kind and attentive. They were able to resize my watch in under 10 minutes along with showing me how to do it in the future. Such a wonderful experience! Best place to get your watch resized in Columbus!

I have bought a lot of my jewelry from this place they are excellent in customer service and selection. If you have something that you want and they don't have it they can get it I'm sure. I would definitely check them out before buying!!

Brought in a 14kt tennis bracelet and 2 14kt rings should've came out to at least 700 in my pocket they tried giving me less than 30% melt value and said he had to make money. Very rude and horrible customer service I will not be returning in the future. I was referred to them and they failed horribly
