My friend purchased a phone from Cricket Wireless over the phone. They took her order and her payment, they shipped the item to the wrong address. The phone was never received and when she called back to get a refund, they told her they could not find any evidence of her purchase. It was as if she did not exist in their system. They kept her money and she never received the device.

Frustrating experience in the store. Spent 45 minutes trying to get an issue resolved but the problem was not fixed. Customer service via the website was able to fix the same issue within 5 minutes.

Worst customer service of all... tier 1 then another hour tier 2 another 72 hours tier 3 fixed problem and I'm on hold same problem... good luck comcast has terrible service in Columbus good bye comcast switching back to real service tomorrow ?
