Can't speak to a pharmacist over the phone unless you can wait an hour for a call back! Horrible service if meds aren't being filled and you need answers quickly.

They need 3 drive thru lanes, 2 pick-ups, and 1 drop-off. This would shorten the line wrapping around the building.
Today, there was 1 parking space nearest North National Road, and the drive-thru line was all the way around the building. The cars in line were sitting in front of the building, keeping people from getting out of the parking lot or their parking spaces on that side of the building.
It's an actual problem when you decide to set an alarm to wake up and go in the middle of the night to get medication you have needed all day, just to avoid this issue.

So this store has the CVS brand, although it’s inside a target. You cannot use any of your CVS benefits from your savings card for anything here. You get no points for prescriptions and I can’t access my available cash from my CVS account. Sounds pretty ridiculous to me.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Sat in this ridiculous long drive thru backed all the way out to the parking lot for 40 mins when I was finally the 3rd car in line they told me the pharmacy was now closed until 2 and would have to come back. I don’t live in town so a big waste of time. This is the worst pharmacy ever, do not get your medications here if you can help it! PSA I could not go in bc I have little kids in the car that was napping at the time that’s why I went the drive thru route.

Drove 40 minutes round trip to be told youbclose for lunch at 1:30. Ok i get that, but when its 1:20 and youve already blocked the drive thru thats messed up. So now i have to drive another 40 minutes round trip because you all are to lazy to do your jobs correctly. Would have taken all of 2 minutes to do your job, and you failed. I hope you guys are part of the mass cvs layoffs, thats what you deserve

This store location is just too understaffed to handle the volume of prescriptions & vaccination seeking customers. Normally always a line inside & out for pickup....l

Only place out of a few that are 24 hrs since covid-19 took one world by surprise and changed every thing about it. The pharmacy closes rather early now but apart from that if you get a hip in your hop and feel like getting out at 3 am because you're bored in Columbus Indiana, then cvs is open. 5 stars for the 24hr.

I think that the staff are friendly & helpful. I havent had any issues with receiving & processing my meds, but this store has been short staffed for years now. The longest iv waited in drive thru was 50 mins. No joke. Its not the workers fault, CVS needs to find a way to offer quicker & more efficient service.

The pharmacy here is horrific on times. We had meds sent in during the early morning for them to not be ready until 8pm that night. We were also informed they would not check into our insurance to see if we had insurance on file, and that we would have to come back when they are not so busy if we needed that done. The pharmacy line is consistently wrapped around the building, or across the building inside at all times. Possibly too many people have their medications sent here, but being as it may it is never an easy experience when dealing with CVS.
