I was treated very rudely when I called in a prescription for a patient. I called and he abruptly ended the called and transferred me to voicemail. Over 4 hours, later my patient was turned away from the store and was told there was no order. When I called back, he was very impolite and said the were "busy".

There are some very friendly and competent pharmacy techs at this CVS location, but the pharmacist himself is the most unsympathetic pharmacist I have ever encountered in my 60 years on this planet. He acts as if every single thing he does is some huge favor to the customer. Unfortunately, this CVS on Jonathan Moore Pike is the only drugstore on my side of the town that accepts my current medical insurance, and the pharmacist axis of he is aware that I am my fellow customers have no other choice. Otherwise, I would take all of my business to the Walgreens down the street. I absolutely hate going to the pharmacy.

Literally never open when I go to pick up meds, and they haven't updated their online hours. It's been at least 2 months.

I'm sure you could make a pharmacy run worse than this one but you'd need to work hard to do it. They need an overhaul to improve to incompetence.

Ordered a product online for pickup. Got a text that my order (with the order number) was ready. I drove to the store to pick it up.
The person wouldn’t let me pick it up because I didn’t have my ID. Nowhere was I told I needed my ID. I attempted to plead that I can show where I purchased on the app and that I have the text and everything, but was rudely interrupted and was told that I didn’t pay for the item ‘until THEYYY scanned it in.’ And was explained to, like I was clueless, that people can try to pick up other people orders. No duh. I’m aware. But she/he/they/it wouldn’t even listen that I had any other way to show that this was mine.

what’s the point of your 3ft long receipts with coupons that can’t even be used at the self checkout because they need to be inserted into hole that the receipt can’t even fit into and even if you manage to make it work the system can’t even recognize it’s in there…….. oh, and don't worry person working the front says it happens all the time and couldn’t help because “they don’t give them a key”

Called for a second time about the manager being rude and never received a call like I requested from corporate the lady was rude grabbed my bag of items that where paid for and dropped them on the floor and told me I know who you are and started following me out of the store

If I could give zero stars then I absolutely would. My daughter was seen in the emergency room last night. They sent a prescription to this location I was unaware that this location does not open until 11 AM on a Sunday? So I arrive at 11 AM on Sunday to be told they did not have the prescription and to give them an hour in which I did, I returned an hour later and was told they had just now received the prescription and needed to be given another hour so I did Just to return for them to close at 1 PM for lunch and not open again until 2 PM in which I have to return in hopes to receive my prescription almost 24 hours later after our ER visit. This is absolutely ridiculous and it should not be this difficult to receive a prescription for a four year old child who needed emergent care. Worst CVS location and will no longer be using CVS pharmacy for any of our prescription needs from this point forward.

I quit going to this store because every time I would go to pick up meds, there's only one pharmacist, one tech running the drive thru and the front counter. Phones will ring off the hook. Completely unorganized chaos.

Literally the worst location to get your prescription or any needs of that matter. My prescription is never ready in a timely fashion, the pharmacists are Always rude whether in person or to call in. Very rude and unprofessional. I’ve even had to mention not to speak out my prescription name through the window. If I wanted everyone to know what kind of medication I was picking up I would let them know. If a could give this location a 0 for their unprofessionalism I would. Please find another pharmacy because this one is not the location!
