“Love this store! Stop in at least once a week. What makes it is the employees. Everyone is so willing to help you even when you know they are very busy. Not just help you but leave what they are doing to show you where it is. One of the employees helped me today- Ashley. Extremely nice! The other lady working today was also helpful and nice. I can shop at other locations but always choose this one. I would highly recommend this store .”

“In comparison to every other DG around(which there are many) this store is stocked, clean, open until they’re supposed to be(which is 10:00pm). A lot of stores close early and it’s so annoying. You don’t have to walk through a maze of overstocked carts or trip on piles of broken down cardboard boxes!! You can just walk and shop normally and it feels 😊”
“My girlfriends favorite breakfast food is biscuits and gravy, and I forgot to get the biscuits (and promised her b&g for breakfast). Dollar general really helped us out with a morning emergency. Cashier was also very hospitable”
“This Dollar General location is convenient to my house so that’s a huge plus when I don’t feel like driving to Seymour or Columbus. The staff members have always been friendly. This is probably the cleanest DG location I’ve ever been in. Sometimes the aisles are cluttered with new stock they are trying to put out but that’s in every DG and this location is not nearly as bad as others.”
“Rebecca at this store made my recent trip in one of the best experiences I have had shopping in awhile. While I stood in line I heard her compliment the customer in front of me's hair at length. Then notice and compliment the ear rings of the lady checking out the next line over. Then notice and compliment my eyeliner. All the interactions felt so genuine and positive it made each one of us smile. Rebecca is a lovely person and seems to brighten the days of those around her. This review is hopefully a tiny return to the niceness she is putting into the world.”
“The only thing that I wish that the dollar store had more of is they get the seasonal out real early and everybody gets it before you can because they have money and maybe you're on Social Security disability and you only get money at a certain time you know like I bought these lights that are looks like a light bulbs are different colors and you set them out and their sun you know the sun lights them up at night and I only have got four I mean you know that's what I'm talking about I wish that they could order more things like that supplies so that you know we are able to get it around the holidays but other than that I have no problem with the dollar store they're very nice people in there they took real good good care of me if I ask them we're not miss they're kind enough to show me where it's at or tell me their friendly and courteous and I don't have a problem with them.”
“I love going here and just looking because they always have different things, I can almost always find what I need but if not you can ask and they will let you know when they will be getting a truck in or when they will possibly have what you need in the store .”
“Dollar General store number 4232 on State Street needs to close or find new management. They cannot keep that store running worth a darn. It’s funny how all the other dollar stores I go to are functioning, but this one either has merchandise on the trolleys in the aisle in the way if they are open at all, they close at 2 o’clock every afternoon that manager needs to lose his charter !”

The staff is great , friendly? Helpful and always try's to help you locate items !
They have went out of their way to help me when my shoulder starts hurting and if I don't get a cart , they will go get me one !
The staff are all great & deserve a raise '
