Sales people were amazing. Reserved car wasn't available so was put into something bigger at same price. Will definitely be back to the Columbus Enterprise in the future!

Top notch rental associates! Reserved car class was not available, and was put into next tier for no extra charge. Vehicle was absolutely amazing. Will most definitely rent from Columbus branch again when the need arises.. or perhaps just because.

Every staff member here was exceptionally hardworking, considerate, and genuinely kind. I was very grateful for all of the effort and accommodations they made to remediate a stressful situation. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but they really helped facilitate a smooth process along the way and alleviated a lot of stress. Thank you!

Wife and I made a reservation to pick up a car while we were home for the holidays seeing family. From IN, but currently living in California and, as such, we have California drivers licenses. My wife and I are already part way home, sitting in the airport in Seattle on a layover, and lo and behold, Enterprise calls us to inform us that if we want to be able to pick up/pay for our rental car, we either need a bill or piece of mail with our address or we’d need to use a credit card. They waited until, like, noon the day before our reservation to tell us this, and we are hundreds of miles away in Seattle, unable to attain the documents they suddenly require. They also wouldn’t accept the address on our car insurance card, which was all we had. Thanks, Enterprise, for ruining mine and my wife’s holiday.

I was dropping my car after picking it up from Chicago OHare airport. McKenzie was awesome and made the drop off very smooth. She also dropped me home which was super helpful. Great service
