Well honestly your not a very good delivery service either. Wouldn't use you if I want forced by the internet company im trying to make return for.

FedEx said a package was delivered to my home/mailbox. Two days later our USPS person delivered the package with $9.10 postage due! I got charged two times for delivery!
Other time- the FedEx driver threw our package in the ditch by our mailbox.
Oh my! Customer service?????

Called 3 times with no resolve. Opened up a customer service case # and still didn't help. Delivery was slotted for 1/7 (the day after we got snow, so I understand why it wasn't delivered) then out for delivery the 8th(not delivered ) out for delivery again on the 9th (not delivered) then again on the 10th!! Again not delivered !!! How can it be out for delivery 4 days in a row not delivered ?!?!?! Here's the kicker, fedex delivered a different package with no issues in the same time frame so what's going on!! It's gotten to the point with crap service (alot of time fedex throws my packages in my yard) that I now specifically state no fedex for shipments on my orders.

My package was supposed to be delivered on January 4th. The driver said package was undeliverable, took a picture of a gate that was obviously not my house. Customer service is a joke, added detailed description of my house etc. This morning same thing, package undeliverable. Now I have to go pick up the package. I don't know how FedEx is still in business!

Highly recommend !! Very helpful !! The facility is a little out of the way. Made more difficult to get to courtesy of the State and their Roadway ideas. Facility is Accessible and they have Accessible parking.
