How do I call them to talk to someone about a purchase 🤔

Found several shirts and outfits for the grandkids. There are racks and racks of clothes. Little home goods and a decent supply of books for all ages.
The staff was a bit of a let down. Numerous times I saw some ladies checking their phones and responding, standing and talking and walking and talking. Were they working? Dont know. I do know the elderly lady who was busy checking people out while a younger man and young lady talked at the other. Check out. I mentioned it to her, said you seem to be the only one working much today. She just laughed and Said I do what I can.

Every time I come to this location there staff are always rude. It's like really if you hate your job so much then you shouldn't be doing customer service jobs.

I am HUGELY disappointed in Goodwill. I reached out to corporate because Gavin Mullins, an employee at this Goodwill sexually harassed my friend group (minors involved) and they told me they'd do something about it, yet I go in to shop and he's still there! The management has always been lousy and it's reflected in their choice of hirees. Nobody that is actually competent can tolerate working there. 0/5 if I could. Dangerous environment. I will no longer shop at ANY goodwill location in fear of my friends and Is safety. Do not bring your children here!!!

Today I had a really nice interaction with the cashier, her name was Mandy. She was super kind, helpful and professional and I actually wish I had more time to chat with her. She made my shopping experience memorable enough to take the time to write this. I hope she sees it and knows she made my day and I’ll be back because of her!!

Not only are the prices going up but it is absolutely ridiculous you can't try something on in the store because they have removed the fitting rooms but if you need to make a return, they will only give you a gift card. I understand this policy if you don't have a receipt but there is no reason a company this large can't return cash/money to an account with a valid receipt.

no fitting rooms?? i’ve never been to a goodwill without any. an employee told me i would have to buy the clothes, bring them home to try on, then return in exchange for a gift card if they don’t fit. not even offering a refund back in the original method of payment feels scammy when there’s no way to figure out if the clothes fit or not before buying.

Me and my partner were in town for a wedding of a close friend and we stopped at Goodwill to kill some time, because we love to thrift! We had a great haul from this location, and to top it off, when the shift lead checked us out, she was so kind and conversational. She told us about the place our friend was getting married, some history of the houses around it, and also even talked about the ties we found and how she likes to wear ties with white button-ups sometimes. As two lesbians who were visiting a small, Southern Indiana town, we felt very welcome and respected (which unfortunately is not always the case). Additionally, there was a fairly long line and they were pretty busy, and she was able to manage everything in a calm and positive way. I cannot remember that shift lead’s name, but I hope she gets some accolades from her supervisor!

Unique finds make shopping here interesting.
Found a few brand-new shirts with even the original stickers and tags still on them.
Found many pants for work at good prices.
Really wish they brought dressing rooms back, because that was so handy for me, considering I'd show up with at least 20 sets of clothing at once to try on!
Very difficult to find like-new antiques that still work, and clothing that isn't $20+ per shirt, and $20+ per pair of pants for work.
Very difficult to find clothes in my size - and they manage to show up at GoodWill!
If not for GoodWill, I'd honestly be up the creek since it's difficult to find business attire that fits me these days!
Also, how could I say no to the cute antique music boxes and figurines? :)

Not just this goodwill, but the goodwills of central Indiana are terrible. The prices are insane. They continue to mark up anything ‘name brand’ regardless of how poor the condition.
After Covid they did away with color of the week, half off first Saturdays, and dressing rooms? The stores are so packed now because no one wants to pay their prices. Most of the time I just say ‘I’ll spend $5 more and get it new’.
I refuse to ever donate to goodwill again. I’ll put at my curb and let it rot before I let them jack up the prices of my yard sale left overs.
You get your items for free. Don’t take advantage of the people who are trying to support you!

Goodwill is getting WAY OUT OF CONTROL on their prices. All of this is donated for free and they just continue to jack up the price. The fact that they took away the dressing rooms is absurd. Bring the dressing rooms back!

2.99 for used unwashed armpit stain shirt. 7.99 for smelly poopy pants. Thank god my goodwill haven’t followed the trend to make the clothes more expensive. This Goodwill is no longer for the people in need. Is not for the community. Is for profit.
