LOVE this coffee shop!! So sad that we were only passing through but so happy that we decided to stop here!!! Great prices too! A latte and a honey bun muffin came to a little less than $7. The lady who took my order always had a smile on her face which makes you so happy as well. I think she is the owner? And her daughter works with her? But I’m not quite sure. When we arrived, the place was packed (for good reason)!! I hope I can visit again soon. Also need to mention that my husband who is not a big coffee fan really enjoyed the latte!

We ordered a small round cake and two sheet cakes for our wedding. Service was great, prices good and the cake was delicious. Thank you for helping with our special day!!

This has been a regular stop for me for several years now. The coffee is always good. The sweets are fantastic. I also have ordered pies and cupcakes for special occasions, and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. There is one employee here that is not super friendly, but usually everyone is above par and gives great customer service.

Ordered a cake over a week in advance. Cake was Beautiful. Served 1 day later at Birthday Party. Unsealed cake and cut into. Stagnant odor. Kids at Party stating out loud Cake tastes awful. Adults and kids refused to eat after 1 Bite. Contacted Bakery privately and she accused me of doing something to cake. Shocking reply. Originally stated wanted nothing but to just say cake did not taste right. Did not expect to be told I sabatoged my own 65.00 cake. Insult to injury she said she had enough batter left to make more baked items and glazed as well with my 65.00 leftovers. I am so glad I was abe to help Gramz make a profit. Then insulted me by saying her entire staff sampled my cake and she will not Compensate me. Again I originally told her I wanted nothing. With that said it was a very pretty cake.For the public after she responded. She lied. She did say all employees sampled batter and icing she also said she made multiple items with leftover batter. Including for her kids. She also asked me what I did to the cake even stating I might have bad items in my refrigerator. I will not argue anymore. You are a owner and did not satisfy a well paying customer. Insulted me again with asking to return the cake. Seriously. Go to Victory Gymnastics and dig it out of the Dumpster. I'm going to be lucky if parents don't sue me over this. Let's not forget she baked and sculptured and decorated 12 hours prior to pickup. Well why did I sit in lobby waiting for 30 minutes because you were finishing my cake.

Love the vibe of this place. Great coffee and pastries. Morning guy can be kind of flat almost not very friendly. Not rude, but not friendly neither. But still nice place to go

I was so impressed with how they handled my delivery order, especially considering how busy they were with expo. Amazing customer service and everything was perfect.Honestly if every business operated this way the world would be a much better place ??

One of my favorite places in Columbus! Blueberry scone melts in your mouth and the lattes are wonderful. Great place to meet for coffee.

I was not impressed with the customer service of the man at the counter. It felt like my presence as a customer was inconveniencing him and a waste of time. Clearly from these reviews this is a well known problem. My muffin was great and seems like a great atmosphere but I surely will not return again.

Tie-dye shirt was so dang rude today. I wanted to get something since I already was having a meeting there but he acted so abrasive and rude. I literally was asking for a napkin because the chair had food smeared on it and he was huffing and puffing like I was bothering him. I'll try it some other time when he's not there.

the food and padtires aren't bad and I've given this place maybe 5 tries now... but every time the service is SO terrible. the guy up at the counter is always rude and makes my start to the day so poor that I would rather skip breakfast or go somewhere else than spoil my mood. I might come back but only if I limit your interaction with him by ordering ahead and to-go.
