The people that run grow storage are always nice and polite and very helpful. You can get a hold of them at just about any time of the day. They call you right back if they didn't answer your call. I would recommend Gross storage in Columbus Indiana, to anyone who needs a storage unit. It isn't a big company that owns it. It's a family man. Keep your money close to home. That's what I say. Help a family man out instead of a corporation.

I had a storage unit for 12years there and Jan was a great business Lady ñever had a problem with my unit till these people took over and let someone get in stole a box of model train sets and my wife Doll collection had them on video tapes and never would check them the tape who was the person's who took them I wouldn't rent there again no one else should too and then called me and me and offered me a 50.00 gift card to erase this no thanks

Have had storage here over 8 years.i was late a payment and they sold it.i had already dropped off payment in drop box.but they never check drop off box since thay changed owner ship and no one is ever in the office like the door sayes.i will never trust these people again.the old owners where alsome .would have never treated anyone like this.very dishonest place now.if they want anything you have they will take it and won't even send u a notice or even a phone call.so with out for this place gross storage in Columbus Indiana on cherry st...

Jan is one of the nicest folks you could ever meet. The place is clean and friendly. We have used them off and on for almost 20 years.
