Don the sells supervisor has a very unprofessional communication skills!
Screaming at me over the phone for a simple question asked about a return on an item purchased from a different location!
She freaked out saying well you need to contact the location you purchased from becuase we didn't make that sale and we don't have the cash to return it so that's there problem!
If I'm not mistaken all harbor frights are connected and returns can be made anywhere crossed the country! Very rude on something that literally wasn't a big deal! I could have just waited to return tm at the setmour location when they had the funds!

Helpful staff, but sometimes annoying at checkout because they spend too much time trying to sell add-ons. They also play games with coupons sometimes, you need to read all the fine print.
