Receptionist was rude and lied. Double booked my appointment that I made a year in advance and tried to lie by saying she had called to confirm when she had not!!

My taxes are all messed up. I tried the free online it got thrown out. I can't get back in. I came to your office, only to find out someone had used my granddaughters social, and I'm still trying to figure out what i need to send in.

I have gotten mu taxes done this year and last year at H&R block Lu Ann is a great lady and explains everything and with the app she and I can send IMs about whatever questions or concerns I have had. I would highly recommend going to see Lu Ann .
