Sometimes service exceeds expectations, with super friendly and patient employees who help customers get a better deal with online coupons and assist with projects like sewing machines. Other times, service can be lacking, with employees who are in a rush, annoyed, or unhelpful in locating items that are in the store. I was looking for supplies to finish a quilt. Everything I needed happened to be on sale! Nice, clean, well-stocked store. Kind and friendly staff.

Small store that doesn't have as much of a selection as other craft stores around or even other Joann stores in a 30-45 minute drive. Prices online and in store are frequently different (cheaper online). I've found it's best to order curbside to save money on the few things I buy here.
