Clipped digital coupon for free coffee. They were out of stock and refused to give me a rain check. I guess customer service at Kroger IS dead.

Received a gift for my birthday but unfortunately I had two air fryers already so since I didn't have the receipt they refused to accommodate me. Now I'm not going to ask for the receipt because it was a gift . So because it's $65 dollars they can't do anything which is a stupid policy

I want to give a huge shout out to Noah for helping me out! We went on a wild goose chase for some Maraschino Cherries as I was looking for non kroger brand, and he found the perfect jar that I needed!! He was so helpful, kind, and personable!! Thank you, Noah!

Every time I get sushi nigiri platter from this place, and it includes tuna, it taste's like a rotten fish. And that's because it is. The salmon is always great, and they used to do salmon-only nigiri platters, but for some ungodly reason, they mix tuna and salmon together in a plate. That means I'm spending 15 bones on 5 pieces of salmon, and 4 rotten pieces of sushi I have to throw away. Do us a favor, and bring back the salmon rolls and salmon nigiri platters. I'm tired of the food poisoning shenanigans.

Parking is crowded, store aisles crowded, nice variety of products, bakery. Deli usually busy, nice variety. Prices on upper end.

This is not a grocery store. Take from someone who has lived in two other midwestern states. The people who work there are snotty. I wanted to purchase Diet Coke advertised for 2.99. Came up 5.99. So I call the ā helperā to ask about it. His response is Iāll do it this time but youāre supposed to have a digital coupon. I tell him Iāve tried numerous times to download them and they disappear. Thereās never anyone to ask. Since they got rid of cashiers itās a horrible experience I get what I have to and leave. Unfortunately only came in town so I have no choice. Donāt even get me started on self check.
