I definitely don't recommend lanning auto very unprofessional on communication and auto work took my truck in to get some things done it was a alignment, brake line leak and transfer case leak and vaccum lines for my 4x4 the whole time it was very hard to get callbacks or any information about what was going on through the process. They got the brake line fixed and vacuum lines redone but in that process, they have destroyed my transfer case bc after they ran new vaccums they tested the 4x4 when the transer case had no fluid in it so they took no accountability i had to come up with another transfer case plus pay the labor for everything that they did and at the very end once they put a new transfer case in they still couldn't get it to engage.So I bought an actuator that they said was the issue which quote on 'quote fixed the problem' had it like two weeks or so tried to engage 4x4 would not work this is after i spent over 900$ i call them to tell them and again no accountability told me that they know for a fact that the four wheel drive worked when it left the shop, which I do not believe and that they could get me in on a thursday... well that didnt happen ether because due to 'short staff' and other appointments they had to push me out another week so i call the day befour im suppouse to go in and they tell me brennan wants to speak to me personally so i waited still didnt hear anything back untill next day WHEN I CALLED and when I called, it just seemed like they did not want to deal with me.And seemed like it was gonna be too big of a problem.For me, to bring it in that day for them to fix something that was already supposed to be fixed.I do not recommend going to this shop at all i havent got any calls back or reached out to to resolve this issue so now im gonna have to go somewhere else and spend more money on something that should have already been solved please save your time and money thanks

First time I went it was decent he got me in quickly and price was expensive but at least it was done.. 2nd time was a scam. I requested a quote for a wheel bearing and said they wouldn’t quote unless I brought it in. So I did and they brought it in and said yup it was the wheel bearing and I already knew that but they charged me 100$ for the “inspection “ then quoted me 2000$ for the repair. was not happy. Another shop got me in and was only 400$

Mr lanning is one of the best automotive teachers he tought me a lot more in the 2 months he was their than the previous automotive teacher he's super nice and he's a hoot had so fun on the cookout we threw he also taught alot more hands on than the previous teacher

Extremely overpriced and felt taken advantage of by the service. Needed tie rods replaced and was told 1,000 to replace them and no wiggle room. Only went there because other shops were 2 weeks out but half the price

I took a rental car over here at the recommendation of Enterprise and I was very happy with the work done. While it may not have been my car, the staff were very friendly to me and every customer that came through the doors. They were incredibly accommodating and communicative regarding the timeline and work.
