My mother is having a mastectomy on Wednesday and called your facility to see if she could use a portable oxygen while she's traveling and will be recuperating over an hour and a half away. The lady who answered the phone made her feel pathetic saying don't you have anyone that could come and pick up your oxygen and take it with you as it weighs over 60 pounds. I am the one helping her and no, I cannot pick up oxygen tank that is that heavy with my back. You advertise your portable oxygen as being suitable for traveling. To make it worse, you made her feel horrible stating that she didn't have any help and that I would need to drive an hour and a half away to pick up another 60 pound system to bring to my home for her to use while she's recuperating. HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with money that was taken out of my bank account as of Jan 2025 for a bill i was making payments on. Will deduct money from your bank or credit card without your consent or knowledge. They said i had signed a recurring payment letter in 2023 which i have no record of, and i have received equipment since then and they never took money from my account . This is the same year they got sued for their fraudulent billing practices also. Hmmm ! You can make payments but that isn't good enough for them they will take what they want , go online and check out the BBB site you will see customers complaining of this happening. You can also read about how they were involved in multiple lawsuits over fraudulent billing practices , they've also had data breaches. All I can say is this company has gone downhill from what it use to be . I was a customer for 15+ years and never had an issue until recently. Will be looking for another durable medical equipment company. Buyer Beware if you do business with Lincare !
