I came in to get my old polish taken off and new polish put on. which technically did happen so I’ll give them 1 star. The top coat didn’t cover the whole nail. There are bubbles and smudges. He filed some of my nails crooked. I was charged $15 and there was no option to opt out of a tip.☹️

Had a 2pm appointment for 2 mani/pedis. Both of us waited 45 minutes barefoot in cold empty tub massage chairs for only 2 technicians working.

Want to get a Mani Pedi this morning at 9am when they opened. Was tired after a 16 hr shift wanted to get done and go home. Lady was rude as hell trash talking me to another employee all because I asked about pricing. Was supposed to get Gel polish didn't was still wet and nails look awful. I use to come here once a week and haven't in a long time now I remember why. Short staffed short handed no excuse for poor treatment. But they wasn't busy I was first one in. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I came in for a last minute decision walk in appointment. I was sat at Victoria's chair. I had very little wait time. I also had an idea in mind and Victoria made it come to life. She was delightful to talk with and did an excellent job on my artful nail design. I will definitely be making her my go to person for nails from now on! The salon was very clean. The music was peaceful and classy, just what I needed after a hectic day. Overall very welcoming environment!

Paid $15 extra dollars for gel on top of the $35 for a pedicure on Saturday. It's Thursday and it's already peeling. This happened before with a manicure and I thought it was a one off but apparently it's not. Love the Pedi but will never pay extra for gel.

I Tried to book an appointment with Lynn in June. I was given a same day appointment, , which surprised me. I asked the phone receptionist to make sure the appointment was with Lynn. When I got in the chair, I asked for artwork on my big toe. I was told to choose a sticker. I realized then, that it was probably not Lynn.
The sticker came off by bedtime. $47
Including a $5 tip. I was very disappointed. I asked the girl her name. It was NOT Lynn. When I called the next day to see if Lynn might at least fix it, .I was told that Lynn was busy,, I could leave my name and number. Seems I can’t get through to Lynn, nor make an appointment with her.
Doubt I will go back.

Normally Lynn’s has always done a very good job. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I’ve never had an issue Newer guy did my nails and rushed the whole time. Kept getting mad when I was telling him to fix things. Told me to stop changing my mind and complaining. Left with my nails crooked and the wrong shape. I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back.

I was a walk-in yesterday. I don't get my nails done often but since they were long for once, I wanted something to keep them from breaking. The nail salon wasn't busy when I came in and was clean. Everyone was super friendly, greeting everyone as they walked in. I ended up getting a dip manicure and they turned out beautifully. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.
