“Karen W. was AMAZING to talk to!! She was SO INCREDIBLY knowledgeable! My husband and I *thought* we knew what we wanted, but she showed us what we asked for, and then we went from there. By the end, we found something to save for (cooling technology, adjustable base with a remote, etc all adds up, but the higher quality something is, the more expensive it'll be), but she ALSO helped us find something to grab for now within our budget and is still decent quality and still WAY better than our current mattress.

She was so kind and we had such wonderful conversations and picked up a lot of very helpful knowledge on mattresses and sleep, etc!! We actually learned a lot more about ourselves as far as sleep goes, which was not expected lol

All in all, we WILL be returning for that cooling, cloud-like mattress I fell in Iove with and I hope Karen W. is there when we return! She is just such a lovely person and I actually enjoyed talking to her more than being Goldilocks and trying out different beds! Lmaooo”
