“Jess was wonderful!! She was very informative. Explained all the different mattresses, and was very patient with us. She spent time answering our questions, and gave us time to purchase our new bed. AND, she did not pressure us to buy, but let us make our own choices. Would recommend her and Mattress Firm to family and friends.”

“Zeke was an absolute gem! I brought my 68 y/o mother in because she said she was having back pain with her mattress she got on Amazon. We found out not only was our mattress a problem, but the bed frame it was on was bad too! He educated us on the right type of bed frame to have for a healthy mattress, and took his time showing us around the store and finding us a mattress to help with her back pain. I will be back when its time for me and my girlfriend to purchase a new mattress.”
