My appointment was scheduled for 2:10pm which is the first appointment after the nurse practitioner lunch (1:00pm-2:00pm). I was not seen until 2:30pm after I knocked on the door and they were chatting with a friend. The wait would have been a different story if they were treating a patient, instead of being off task. The nurse practitioner (CARRIE) was extremely rude and was not helpful in anyway. I was disappointed with my lack of service and hospitality. I will not be returning, don’t waste your time either.

I was very pleased with my recent visit to the MinuteClinic. Carrie and her nurse did a great job and addressed all my needs.

I rarely feel compelled to leave a review for anyone let alone a walk in clinic but let me just say the service at this location was truly amazing. The nurse was supremely informative and both ladies were so incredibly kind and knowledgeable.we drove an hour to visit this particular location and it was time well spent!!!

I had the worst experience at this clinic. I saw Anna Gonzalez and she told me I "most likely have a lifelong illness but will not know until i have my test results" and never sent my labs over to Columbus Regional and LOST my test results. She did not care and I will never know my diagnosis now. I would never go back to this clinic due to malpractice and negligence.

I go to them alot due to not being able to get into the family dr right away for me and my kids and because of my work Schedule they take the time to check to see whats wrong with you and run tests to check whats wrong everytime me and my kids have been seen there they are very friendly and do amazing work also great with Paper charts explaining Diagnosi. Thank you for the great experiences

Got a Tdap vaccine, and honestly the service was fine. Unfortunately, CVS has no idea what they're doing when it comes to billing your insurance. They submitted the claim incorrectly, then sent me a bill for the full amount saying my insurance rejected the claim because I wasn't covered under their plan. Wrong. I called my insurance and they had no record of the claim ever being filed and assured me I was covered. I ended up on the phone for an hour in a three-way call with my insurance and Minute Clinic trying to untangle that mess. CVS/Minute Clinic, that's a huge miss on your part, and that inconvenience far outweighs the otherwise ease of access. I will not return.

I made an appointment online for a ruptured ear drum. They got me in within five minutes of my appointment time, and no one else was in the waiting area. The nurse and NP were very nice and informative. I was in and out in ten minutes.

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience possible. They do not care about the person, only the money they can make from them. I brought my son here for a sports physical. The NP took my insurance information, didn’t bother to tell me that they don’t bill insurance for a sports physical, but that you have to pay out of pocket for it. We waited over an hour past our appointment time. She proceeded to perform the physical and at one point stopped to give my insurance info back and tell me that I will be billed for it. I said I wish I had known that in the beginning because I would have just taken him to his Dr. where his insurance would have paid for it. She said well we are not done with his physical yet so we can stop now, I won’t put the paperwork through and you won’t be billed since the physical wasn’t completed. A week later I received a bill. I call and explained what had happened and they said they’d look into it and call me in a week. Instead I just got another bill in a week. I called back and spoke with the manager and he was quite condescending. Told me that she doesn’t get to determine what they bill me on. I told them I wanted to make sure she was told that so that this doesn’t happen to someone else. It’s not about the bill as much as it’s about the fact that I was told I wouldn’t be billed and then handed back a blank physical form. They obviously need to inform the store about the corporate policies and if they are going to bill someone for a physical then they should have a completed physical form. DO NOT GO HERE! It is worth the wait to go to the ER, or your family doctor.

This place charged me over $200 for a phone call that lasted less than 60 seconds. Scam doesn’t even begin to describe Minute Clinic. Don’t support CVS or their affiliates.
