From the initial call we made until the completion of the work performed Neal was great with communication. They did the work they quoted and I would recommend if you need a repair or tires this is a great place to go. Would take vehicle back if needed. We used them for a second repair and it was just like the first they kept us informed and what needed done and completed in a timely manner

They were wonderful. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I dropped my car off on my way to work.They had it fixed before my appointment time. Everyone I had contact with was very nice and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have new management and many people have left that I have done business with there for two of my businesses as well as personal use.
They diagnosed my car with the wrong part being bad and were exorbitantly more expensive than anyone else to make the repair. I had to on my own figure out that the part they were replacing was not correct. They wanted to blame their supplier for the issue. I did not have them do the repair. I was willing to pay one diagnostic fee for an unrelated issue and the oil change fee I had them do. I asked them to remove the diagnostic fee for the main issue that they did incorrectly. The manager, Andrew, was unwilling to do so.
Do yourself a favor, if you used to go here, don’t. It’s not the same. I have been going for years.

I bought a set of 4 new Goodyear tires in February 2024. July 2024 I have a flat tire with a nail in it. My neighbor airs up my tire do I can get to Neal's. This was
On Thursday afternoon. Amanda told me she didn't have any employee to help me. I had to make appointment for Friday at 11 am to come back. I was told a new tire wouldn't be available until Monday morning. I know for a fact if she ordered the tire from Goodyear it would be there on Friday. Because Goodyear delivers twice a day. It was a long wait until Monday. ??

I've had two separate trips to Neal's recently, both excellent. The first was due to my car getting a flat that required a new tire, and rather than sell me one tire and me find out I needed a new set in short order, they gave me the option for a whole new set, which I happily jumped at. The second trip was for an oil change for my wife's car, for which I made an appointment. They had me in an out in about 50 minutes, despite me showing up 10 minutes late due to mitigating circumstances. They were professional, efficient and honest, the best things to have in service. Please, do yourself and them a favor, and make an appointment if you need service. Like most places right now, they are short handed, and honestly, it's just respectful of their time. I will be back.

Had my air conditioner compressor diagnosed and the replaced . They did a great job with communicating and keeping informed on what was going on with my vehicle my air-conditioning has never been this cool it's Great wonder job???
