Lilly, the young lady that did our dogs nails did an excellent job. She was especially good with our older dog that has arthritis. She also stated they can give her a bath without our dog having to stand, so we will definitely go back for more grooming.

Olivia is simply the BEST! I travel in from Virginia to see my sister and to have my pup get a Grooming experience with Olivia. My pup is getting older, she’s over 13, and these experiences tend to make her anxious and a bit nervous. Olivia is very kind and caring towards my little girls needs. She is extremely efficient and will have her back to me in about 45 minutes to an hour with an exceptional puppy cup on my little Yorkie. Olivia seems to honestly care about the pups she is grooming. She truly does provide a one to one puppy grooming experience at her salon. I highly recommend Olivia to anyone who has a pup that needs grooming. I will continue bringing my little girl in for Grooming every 3 to 4 months as the 8 to 9 hour is well worth it for my little girl. And besides, I get a two-fer ….I see my sister and my pup gets an exceptional cut and kind focused attention. Thank you, Olivia.

They listened to my concerns, did what I asked, and did their best to be careful with my babies. They worked around an issue and didn’t complain or make me feel bad about it. Only one question, I thought the 20 dollar paw package included pad shaving or scrapping, paw balm and we didn’t get those, but it was still a great visit. They were good to my girls and that’s what means the most to me. Thank you for that.

I usually go there and have a great experience, but the only concern I have is the prepackaged fish. Nothing deserves to live like that. It's depressing and unethical. Especially for a pet store.

This pet store has the kindest employees I have come across. The store is always well stocked and CLEAN! The ladies are also always so kind to my pups, and them liking to come here is a plus:))!
