Petco is a health and wellness company dedicated to enhancing the lives of pets and their owners. The Columbus location, situated at 1337 N National Rd, offers a wide variety of pet nutrition products and supplies at competitive prices for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish, and reptiles. Customers have noted the friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the grooming salon, where pets are well taken care of. The store features a good selection of products, making it a go-to place for pet gifts, even for those without pets. While many have praised the customer service, some reviews express concern about the welfare of the animals in-store, with a few noting that they appeared sad. Despite this, the pets purchased, like fish and guinea pigs, have generally thrived in their new homes. The store has improved in staff friendliness over the years, though some products advertised online were not available in-store. Overall, Petco provides essential services, including grooming, veterinarian care, and pet training, making it a valuable resource for pet owners looking for quality care and supplies.
