Bought pool and hot tub last year. Pool hose from pump had a split. Went to store to get a new one. Not under warranty. They had one hose in the whole place. Glad I only needed one. I smiled when he said they only had one. Not because I was happy, but because it's so typical now a days. $40.00 for 1 new hose. Bought two more from Amazon for 28.00 for both.

Had pool water tested, got the chemicals needed, and gave me instuction on how to apply chemicals.Couldn't be more happy with the service I received. Kids will be swimming tomorrow!

Run far and fast! I had a new pool liner put in 2 years ago, this would be the third season. We have had nothing but problems and leaks around lights and the pool steps. The installation process was beyond frustrating . Now our pool liner has collapsed on one side . There is apparently a new owner who repeatedly ignored our phone calls and basically wants no part of this. To solve the problem- we had to find another pool company to come clean up this company's mess!

I rarely fill out reviews, but in this situation it was a must. By far and away this was one of the best construction experiences I have had. If you are thinking about having a pool built, there is no other company I would recommend other than Raft to Rafters. Every part of the experience from the quality of the work, the communication, and the timeliness of the pool construction was exceptional. All of their employees are professional and extremely adept and knowledgeable at their jobs. They will make sure throughout the process you are happy with the work and it is done with precision and care.
