Ray's is quite literally the best auto repair experience I have had in my life. I recently took my Toyota Highlander there for the first time for an oil change, tire rotation, and to take a look at a slow oil leak. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The prices were reasonable, and the service was quick. I fully trusted that they weren't gouging me or ripping me off and that they knew what they were talking about. Plus, the waiting room is nice with a ton of books available to read and free coffee. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely return to them for all my future auto care needs for all of my cars.

Ray's Automotive has been doing regular maintenance on my vehicle for more than 12 years now. Stuart, Anne, and the automotive technicians always go above and beyond, helping diagnose problems over the phone; taking the time to explain complex topics in a manner that is not condescending and in a way that is easy to understand; and occasionally perfoming diagnostics, even those which are seemingly labor- or time-intensive, at no cost. Stuart or Anne always consult with you first before giving the technicians the green light to complete any work on the vehicle that you did not specifically request. They are also excellent about providing manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedule reminders and associated estimates well in advance. I appreciate these a lot; it allows me to plan ahead financially and logistically. Honesty is another reason why I won't take my vehicle any place other than Ray's Automotive. As a recent example, I had an isolated issue with my vehicle's brakes (2008, just under 300,000 miles), and Stuart suspected it was likely the start of the master cylinder failing. The rubber gasket was original and deteriorating. He told me up front he could order a new master cylinder if I wanted him to, but that it may very well not fix the problem I was having; although the part would be new, it would have sat on a shelf for the last decade or more and its rubber gasket would have likely deteriorated with time, too. We discussed all possible options and I was able to make an informed decision from there. These folks work hard to earn your business as a new customer, and to keep the business of the customers they already have!

Had a Lube, Oil and Filter (LOF) on my wife’s Lexus. Fast and super friendly service. Found she had a headlight out and scheduled it after a price quote. The day she had it changed, she was surprised to find that it was over $100 less than the price previously quoted. Definitely earned our future business!
