The store looked fine and staff seems friendly even with how few people they have. Heard nothing but horrible things about the manager and stopped going here due to how stressed the employees seem. They always seem overworked and overwhelmed. New management definitely seems necessary for these poor workers.

I've been coming here to get go for about 10 months. Never had a problem before until today. I've used the same card for 10 months. I've used it as a credit for 10 months. I went in today to get gas was denied. Couldn't figure out why went inside. Try to get gas and sodas and got denied again there. They told me that I had no money in my account. I checked my balance. I have plenty of money like more money than I was going to pay for gas like quadruple it try it again. Kept telling me no no no. I went to a different gas station. Had no problems getting gas. Had no problems getting a drink called my husband. He went to GetGo with the same card cuz we have the same card and got denied. So we told them that their systems are down. We got told no. It's our imagination. Your customer service people that work there are rude obnoxious and all they care about is helping people the homeless people which is fine. That's not a problem but it is a problem when someone's going there and telling you there's a problem with your credit card machines. They're only accepting debit then you know I will not be returning. This has been our favorite place for 10 months but you guys ruined it today

I got the driest piece of grilled chicken I've ever had. When I requested a refund based on that the woman acted annoyed and said, "we always discourage customers from getting the grilled chicken because of that. ?. Why have it and sell it just to make a comment like that?? Disappointed in the chicken more disappointed in the lack of customer service.
