“Macallister has always been fair with their equipment, fixing things that need fixed, not charging for down time, etc. they seem to be able to get to the job site quickly when or if there are issues and have a wide range of pieces for any job. Their prices are well within range to stay on budget. They are a great company to have right here in Columbus.”

“The truck I used was a 2016 model, I have gotten use to the newer models and didn't have an AUX cord. This isn't a big deal. The truck hit 100,000 miles while I was using it and has soften suspension that the newer lower mileage trucks. The newer trucks have USB and bluetooth while the older trucks have 12V outlets and AUX plug-ins.
We tend to rent a truck for either eight or ten hours once a month for our small business. This allows us to keep our costs down while continuing to provide affordable options for our clients. Because of the 26' Uhaul truck, We make one trip once a month vs two trips bi-weekly using our personal equipment.”
