***BUYERS BEWARE***
I’ve never been treated so badly in all my life by a business then I have been here by SCHEIDLER Glass aka Henry Glass If I was to write out all they have done to me there wouldn’t be enough room. They lied , literally lied to me for over the last year about a sliding door and windows being ordered as I patiently waited for them for nothing , it was only a lie and why ? I prepaid $4000 for the windows. Week after week month after month calling , I was told they were in manufacturing or in transit to their store.
finally after contacting the manufacturer last week we found out they have been lying to me all this time and when I confronted the owner about it she simply said they dealt with their employee n that was it , still trying to get the Windows , stupid me , I asked if she could and was told I’d have to pay any up charge since it’d been so long ??♂️ instead of honoring the business n making right their wrong I was told only if there was no up charge would they honor the initial charge for the Windows.
Absolute shame they are , no character , no honor for their word , their business or care for their customers.
As I said they’ve done me so wrong this would be long so I’ll stop here. I spent over $24,000 on new windows through them , you’d think they’d have treated me very well at that purchase but from the first time of trouble when my windows were not right and I told them , I’ve been treated very poorly , lied to for a year leaving part of my home in a undone construction zone.
This company SCHEIDLER Glass aka Henry Glass is evil lying shameful company. It’s very saddening to see how people treat us these days in business n life.
No one deserves to be treated as I have by SCHEIDLER Glass or by any company especially after spending upwards of $24,000.
They are wolves in sheep clothing

Recently had a front windshield replaced. Workmanship appears to be very good. Be warned they are charging 3.99% for using a charge card. You won’t know this until you pay unless you read the small sign on their counter. Also be warned there is no public restroom if you are planning to stay while the work is performed.

They replaced the mirror in a 1969 gmc truck rear view mirror. I couldn't ask for better craftsmanship! This is a top shelf business!

Scheidler replaced several windows and a glass door for a fraction of the cost of replacement windows. They were very responsive and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Great value.

My name is John Whaley and I'm the Operations manager for Metro Express Transportation in St. Louis Mo. One of our tractor trailer units pulled over on the shoulder of Interstate 65 when its driver side mirror was struck and shattered by another passing truck. I called every Freightliner dealership within a fifty mile radius and could not find a replacement mirror. I spoke with David at Scheidler Glass to ask about a temporary replacement mirror for our tractor unit and without hesitation he said let me check in the back for a small piece mirror that would get us back on the road. He came back to the phone and said he had what we needed and to stop by. When I asked about the payment he said I could have the mirror glass without charge which was very generous and unexpected. It is very rare these days to run across someone that will go out of their way to help a stranger as David did. Although my experience with David and Scheidler Glass is limited I feel safe in saying they would be a great company to business with.Service: Auto side view mirror repair
